Hi friends I feel like I should be Christmas shopping and decorating instead of thrifting but I just made a promise to my Instagram friends I am going to start decorating because I have been inspired by all of their beautiful pics. Btw here are a few treasures I have found while thrifting

Truth be told I really did find this beauty at an auction we got lucky it was just left in a box in pieces so it sold cheap it was filthy took eight hours of cleaning but look at her now you never know what you may find that’s what makes thrifting a real challenge and an adventure at the same time.

This piece was not in the video on Instagram but I had to share it anyways. So last Saturday on my post I wrote about some secrets to thrifting one was making a list of what you are looking for yes friends this is serious business and I really did put down a wicker swing I didn’t know how or where I would find it but I put it on my list anyways and went shopping 🛍 I have read how people have been looking for a piece for years and finally find it.

Here’s an interesting fact. This chair was not on my list. I wasn’t even looking for a chair let alone two that match with our initial on the back in blue that matched our newly decorated Ralph Lauren comforter set with matching shams and a cute little decorative feather pillow as well. It was a match made in heaven. I felt like I was in heaven with my wonderful find.
